I am so glad I signed up for one of Kerissa’s infant/child CPR courses, before this class I did not feel very confident or prepared to handle a situation in which a child would be choking or requiring CPR. Karissa shared valuable knowledge and experience which made it much easier to understand all the important aspects of the course. She also has a very positive energy that kept the whole group engaged throughout and her delivery was flawless. The practical part of the course really helped increase my confidence and reduce my anxiety around this subject and now I feel way better prepared. In the 2 weeks that we had Kerissa, we went from not sleeping in his crib at all, to sleeping 12 hours in his crib at night. No night wakings anymore for our 9 month old! Kerissa was a huge help and gave us the confidence and support we needed to transition from bed sharing to solo sleeping in his crib.

Kerissa is extremely knowledgeable and very kind and compassionate! I attended a couple of her village roots sessions and had her come to our house to do a CPR Training, each time gaining invaluable skills and knowledge to better care for my baby.
